2023 Award Criteria:

To be eligible for one or more of the following awards, Agencies must meet the following Agency Operational Minimum Requirements:

    • At least three Full Time Equivalent Staff, with at least one full-time Chief Executive Officer or Executive Director, or Program Director for a Sponsored Affiliate; and two Full Time Equivalent program staff;
    • At least $200,000 in annual revenue; and
    • At least 100 children served in one-to-one matches

IMPACT AWARD

    • Achieve a CB/SB+ 12-month retention rate of 77% in 2023 &
    • Achieve a 9-month retention rate for SB/SBF of 73% in 2023 (this is based on 12 months: July 1-June 30) OR Achieve a SB/SBF 12-month retention rate of 57% in 2023 (network average in 2022)

*Retention rates were determined by the 2022 Network average retention rates in each category plus 5%.

GROWTH AWARD

(Must meet one or more of the following criteria):

    • Growth in number of end active matches
    • Growth in number of matched BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) male volunteers, 2023 vs 2022 
    • Growth in Total Children Served from one year to the next

*For BIPOC male volunteers to be extracted from Matchforce, the Race/Ethnicity field must be completed on the Contact Record.
